Bean Sprout Salad

Marinade

2 oz Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Salt          
½ Cup Water ½ Tsp Pepper
¼ Cup Sugar 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
1 Cup Water

Salad

5 lb Bean Sprouts, rinsed & drained 2 Celery Sticks, chopped
1 Small Green Pepper, diced 1 Can Water Chestnuts
1 Small Red Pepper, diced 1 Can Bamboo Shoots
½ Small Onion, chopped

Preparation
Bring marinade to a boil and pour over vegetables. Toss and refrigerate overnight. Drain and serve with your favorite French dressing.
