| ¼ Cup Sugar | 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed) | |||||||||||||

Salad |

| 5 lb Bean Sprouts, rinsed & drained | 2 Celery Sticks, chopped | |||||||||||||
| 1 Small Green Pepper, diced | 1 Can Water Chestnuts | |||||||||||||
| 1 Small Red Pepper, diced | 1 Can Bamboo Shoots | |||||||||||||
| ½ Small Onion, chopped | ||||||||||||||

| Bring marinade to a boil and pour over vegetables. Toss and refrigerate overnight. Drain and serve with your favorite French dressing. | ||||||||||||||
